Submissions Guidelines
Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published.
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum of eight (8) printed pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references for full papers, and with a maximum of five (5) printed pages for short papers.
Papers should be submitted through EDAS at: https://edas.info/N35098
Best papers will be considered for fast-track publication in the Annals of Telecommunications (Springer, ISI-indexed)
Important Dates:
- Full and short paper submissions deadline: May 20, 2026
- Notifications of acceptance: June 30, 2026
- Camera-ready submissions: July 10, 2026
