Camera-Ready Guidelines for CSNET 2024
The DEADLINE for submitting the Camera-Ready version is: October 28th, 2024
The following instructions are essential to ensure that you comply with the publication requirements set by CSNET for your paper(s) to be included in the conference proceedings and published.
Please ensure you incorporate all reviewers’ comments, as this will be strictly monitored, and the similarity score must be less than 15%. To ensure your paper is included in the conference proceedings, the camera ready paper must be submitted by October 21st, 2024, and present the paper In person on site.
The Camera ready for Papers Accepted as Poster must be submitted by November 4th, 2024
1. Manuscript Format
Your final manuscript must be submitted as a PDF, along with the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF), through EDAS under the original EDAS paper number. The full, short, Poster, Demo and Work In progress paper lengths are limited to 8, 5, 4 and 3 pages, respectively, with your full registration. Two extra pages are allowed (if needed) at an additional charge of €100 per page.
Please use the appropriate CSNET template to prepare your revised manuscript. Failure to do so may result in your paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.

Note: DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.
2. Registration
Please complete your Author registration by October 28st, 2024 (Extended). Registration instructions and rates can be found at CSNET 2024 Registration page .
3. IEEE PDF Xpress
After addressing all reviewers’ comments and BEFORE submitting your final PDF version to EDAS (under the same original EDAS paper number), the camera-ready version must be IEEE PDF eXpress compatible; otherwise, your paper will not pass the submission system. To test and convert your paper to an IEEE PDF eXpress compatible version, you should upload it to the conference’s dedicated IEEE PDF eXpress website. Your paper acceptance notification email will include the conference ID needed for IEEE PDF eXpress. Follow these instructions to convert your paper:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: IEEE PDF eXpress
- First-time users should:
- Select “Create Account”
- Enter the following:
- Conference ID: 64211X
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue entering information as prompted. An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
4. Camera-Ready Version Submission
The camera-ready version generated by PDF eXpress should be uploaded to EDAS under the original EDAS paper number.
5. Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)
Authors should complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF), which is available on EDAS.
