guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not
protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
978-0-7381-4292-0/20/$31.00 ©2020 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-0-7381-4292-0/20/$31.00

Tips for adding the IEEE copyright notice to your pdf:
- MSWord users can use: ‘Insert’ ➝ ‘Text box’, insert the appropriate copyright notice in the textbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column, and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.
- If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX and you are using the IEEEtran document class, this may help:
- Add the following code before the \maketitle command:
\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts
\IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-7281-3949-4/19/\$31.00~\copyright2020 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }} - Add the following code after the \maketitle command:

Before Creating a PDF
The format of the paper conference is Two-Column IEEE Conference Format. If the paper does not meet this requirement, the paper could fail to be published in the IEEE Xplore.
All submissions should be written in English with maximum of eight (8) printed pages including text, figures and references.
Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. If necessary, contact Joaquin Garcia-Alfaro at jgalfaro@ieee.org
for the appropriate copyright notice.
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users
- Enter the following:
- 50428X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
